Southeast Colorado Unhoused Count

Southeast Colorado has been historically lacking in resources to gather data about its unhoused population. In cooperation with Total Concept, a local housing agency, Project Moxie conducted a tally count and survey of the unhoused living in Rocky Ford, CO and the immediate surrounding area.
